THE STORY SO FAR
Holden Garcia began performing publicly in 2022, playing covers at open mics, community festivals, and local venues around Chicagoland. Those early performances gave him a place to develop his voice, guitar playing, and confidence on stage.
As he began writing and performing his own songs, original music became central to his work. Today, his growing catalog brings together acoustic-driven indie rock, Americana influence, and the energy of modern folk-rock.
His influences include Mumford & Sons, Vampire Weekend, and Noah Kahan.
Regular live performances sit alongside time spent writing and recording. Holden continues working on his vocals, guitar, arrangements, and production skills, developing new material both on stage and away from it.

Holden’s live sets bring original songs and selected covers together through acoustic-driven arrangements and energetic performance. Open mics, local venues, and festival appearances give him a growing range of settings in which to share his music.

Away from live performances, Holden spends time writing songs, recording ideas, and experimenting with arrangements. He is learning how guitar, vocals, and production choices shape a song as it develops from an idea or demo into a finished recording.
That work is part of his continued development: trying new material, listening back, and finding what serves each song.
